This privacy policy applies to the Breathe Easy mobile application (the "App") for Wear OS. We are committed to absolute transparency regarding your data.

1. Data Collection & Usage

Breathe Easy is a privacy-first application.

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal identification (PII), biometric data, or location data on external servers.
• Local Data Only: The app stores session counts, mindfulness minutes, and streaks locally on your Wear OS device using an internal database. This data is used solely to provide the "History," "Complications," and "Tile" features.

2. Data Retention

We retain your session history and streak data only as long as the App is installed on your device. We do not maintain any backups or cloud-based copies of your breathing history. Once the app is removed, all associated data is purged from the device hardware.

3. Data Deletion & User Control

In compliance with Google Play’s data deletion policies, you have full control over your data:

• Manual Deletion: You can clear all app data at any time through your Watch Settings: Settings > Apps > App Info > Breathe Easy > Clear Data/Storage.
• Automatic Deletion: Uninstalling the App from your Wear OS device will automatically and permanently delete all locally stored session history and streak data.
• Requesting Deletion: Since we do not store your data on any servers, we cannot delete data on your behalf. All data resides exclusively on your physical hardware.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not utilize any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. No data is shared with third parties for any purpose.

5. Children’s Privacy

Because we collect zero personal information, the App is safe for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children.
